This section describes operations on Viewer such as searching by keyword, zooming in/out a page, and displaying bookmarks or thumbnails.

Menu and toolbar

See the following table about the operations of menu and toolbar.

Menu		Toolbar	Description
Main menu	Sub menu
File	Open		Opens a protected file.
	Print		Prints out a protected file. If a protection policy applied to the protected file prohibits printing, this menu is disabled.
	Properties	-	Displays the property dialog for a protected file.
	Recent File	-	Displays the list of recent used files.
	Exit	-	Exits Viewer.
Tools	Copy		Copies a selected string. If a protection policy applied to the protected file prohibits copying, this menu is disabled.
	Search		Displays a search dialog See 2.4.2 Searching with keyword to know the detail of a search dialog.
	Hand Tool		Adjusts the display position.
	Select Tool		Selects a string. If a protection policy applied to the protected file allows copying, you can copy the selected string by Ctrl+c shortcut.
View	Single Page View	-	Displays one page in the main view.
	Two Page View	-	Displays two pages in the main view.
	Zoom to Page Level	-	Adjusts the size of one page to fit in the main view.
	Fit Width	-	Adjusts the size to fit in the width of the main view.
	Show Gaps Between Pages	-	Shows a border line between pages.
	Zoom in		Zooms in the display contents by one level.
	Zoom out		Zooms out the display contents by one level.
Page	First Page	-	Moves to the first page.
	Previous Page	-	Moves to the previous page.
	Next Page	-	Moves to the next page.
	Last Page	-	Moves to the last page.
	Go To Page	-	Displays "Go To Page" dialog. See 2.4.3 Moving to the specific page to know the detail of "Go To Page" dialog.
Help	Online Help	-	Opens a web help.
	Version Information	-	Displays a version dialog.

Bookmarks button

To click this button displays bookmarks on the left pane.

Thumbnails button

To click this button displays thumbnails on the left pane.

Vertical scroll bar

Scrolls the display contents.

If a protection policy applied to the protected file sets watermark, Viewer shows the watermark. If the protection policy prohibits copying, screen capture^# is also prohibited.
